This will be a linkshell/guild that is for anyone, as long as they are mature that is.


About me and my past leadership:

I have some guild leading expirence, as i have played runescape ( there are no guilds in that game as far as i know ), rapelz, and LOTRO ( and a little bit of WOW but that is hardly anything since i played on a friends account at his house for a raid and then started an acount but did not get past lvl 20 - 25 as he moved and I did not feel like buying the game as it did not realy intrest me. ) and a few MMO trials/demos. I will be more or less in the end game raiding/ questing myself. In LOTRO I got 3 characters to lvl 50 ( used to be the lvl cap ) then got hacked. So I started another acount and stoped playing at lvl 48.


About the LS:

This will be a linkshell/guild that is for anyone, as long as they are mature that is. I will try my best to make everything as fair as posible . Weather you want to do end game raiding or just chat this linkshell is for you. I have some guild leading expirence, as i have played runescape ( there are no guilds in that game as far as i know ), rapelz, and LOTRO ( and a little bit of WOW but that is hardly anything since i played on a friends account at his house for a raid. ) and a few MMO trials/demos. I will be more or less in the end game raiding/ questing myself. But I would like it if there were some casual players who would like to chat also. Most every thing will be a democracy. Those dedicated DoL and DoH who want the best matereals but cant get it alone will have people to help them and we will be able to get the benifits too ( the increased profit and enemy defence lowerments ) Those who want to quest and chat together , Or those who want to do everything they can to be the top af all Eorzea's armys.

* We dont judge people: We do not judge new players not just to the game but of the MMORPG world, or players that have been out of the loop for a while, we will help them if needed. We don't classify players as Hardcore or Casual we look at them as members that need a home and people that they can trust and have fun with. We understand that you as the player have a life outside the in-game world that you need to live.

* Be Honest and Loyal: We want honest and loyal members that can follow the rules of the linkshell. We want you to be honest and say what's on your mind that means being on honest with any voting of linkshell matters and bringing up any issues you have with guild members or the guild itself. We are looking loyal members not just to the guild but to the game ( No Hacking/Boting ). And also we want members that will follow the rules of the linkshell.

* We would like to have Crafter's and Gatherers: We want crafters (Disciples of the Hand) of any kind, if that means just being a crafter or being a adventurer and crafter that doesn't matter we still would like you in your rank. We are hoping to having a linkshell bank to put crafting materials in. We are also looking for gatherers (Disciples of the Land) that can fuel our crafters with needed materials. Weather to have fun or to produce the greatest armours and weapons in Eorzea. Those dedicated DoL and DoH who want the best matereals but cant get it alone will have people to help them and we will be able to get the benifits too ( the increased profit and enemy defence lowerments )

* Have Fun: Were in a video game so please treat it like one and have fun. As video game players we come to FFXIV to escape the real world, we don't want any type of drama that other players have in their real life. So we ask you keep you drama outside the linkshell, we understand that real life is stressing but this is not the place to bring it. Though light hearted chatting about your life or something is nice occasionaly as long as you dont overdo it.

* Maturity: We ask that you be a mature player. Please use common sense and some street smarts would help, don't be the type of player taunting another player through world chat and that kind of stuff. Dont kick a player when he's done or doe's a mistake cheer him on or help him overpass it.


* Active members: We would like members that are active. We understand that things come up in real life and cant play all the time. We dont even expect dayly playing, more like atleast once a week ( mabe even two ). If you have to stop for an extended period of time please le me and the rest of the LS know so we dont think you quit and get rid of your spot ( though unlikely better safe than sorry )


* Occasional events: We will hold accasional LS events. These events will be for holidays, season, and such. Some may not have anything to do with the day and be for fun. These events could and will range from fishing ( or any other DoL thing ), fighting, or even crafting tournament. Sometimes something completly random. More info on this will be added as we get more info on what will be in the game.

* We need end game raiders/questers: We would like to have end game raiders/questers. We like to reach the highest ranks of all Eorzea's armys. We also would like to enjoy Eorzea to its fullest, and conquer the greatest of enemys such as the leviathen shown in the E3 trailer and the Behemoth like thing from the new(ish) photos from the VanaFest trailer. Explor the farthest reaches of Eorzea, in the most demanding weathers and deadly mobs. We will have the greatest army in all Eorzea!

* We Want casual gamers: We want casual gamers too. We like having a large comunity to go and chat time away whent we are tired of whatever we may be tired of. We enjoy having a kind community that always has a lighthearted spirit. A casual comunity will help keep the rest of us informed on the smaller things that we may over look and will help us all enjoy the game more.


Rules:

The few things I will not tolorate are within these guidlines:

Don't openly

* Curse,

* Use racial slurs,

* Use sexist/racist remarks,

* Flame over upbringing,

* Use/express political or religious views,

* Impose religion upon another

* Dont kick a player when he's done or doe's a mistake, ( do this instead ) Cheer him on or help him overpass it.

Under ANY circumstance.

Remember a linkshell is not made by the number of its members but by the quality of its members .
